Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be clearly indicated. If you believe your invite is incorrect, please feel free to reach out. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are kids invited?

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What is the dress code?

We kindly request semi-formal attire for our wedding celebration. For women, short or long dresses or elegant jumpsuits are perfect choices. For men, suits or dress slacks with a button-down shirt and optional tie are appropriate. Our venue is located in the heart of historic St. Augustine, so we recommend comfortable, dressy shoes—block heels or wedges are great for navigating cobblestone streets. Light layers are encouraged, as evenings in February can be cool near the waterfront.

The venue is The White Room, located in the heart of downtown historic district. The address is 1 King St, St. Augustine, FL 32084

Is the wedding indoors or outside?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. After the wedding, we plan to continue the celebration at nearby bars in the Historic District — all within a short walking distance from the venue!

Where do we park?

The White Room does not offer onsite parking. There are several public parking garages and street parking options within walking distance in downtown St. Augustine. We recommend arriving a bit early to allow time to park. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is also very easy in this area and a great option for guests staying nearby.

What time should guest arrive?

Please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM and allow extra time for parking, as the venue does not offer onsite parking. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so we kindly ask that all guests be seated on time. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter.

Where is the reception?

Cocktail hour and the reception will immediately follow the ceremony at the same venue. The reception will end at 10:00 PM, but we plan to continue the celebration in the Historic District afterward — and we’d love for you to join us!
